Terms of Use

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SkyBit for your own non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

2. Weather information disclaimer

Weather forecasts (provided by Apple WeatherKit on iOS and OpenWeather on Android) are for general informational purposes and may be inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete. SkyBit must not be relied upon for decisions where inaccurate weather data could lead to injury, loss of life, or property damage (for example aviation, marine, agricultural or emergency decisions). Always consult official sources for safety-critical situations.

3. Advertising

The free version of SkyBit is supported by advertising delivered through Google AdMob. By using the free version, you acknowledge that ads will be shown. Advertising can be removed by subscribing to SkyBit PRO.

4. SkyBit PRO subscription

SkyBit PRO is an annual auto-renewing subscription. For the duration of an active subscription it provides: access to weather data relayed from our providers; an ad-free experience; and unlimited use of all 24 current themes as well as any themes added in the future.

The subscription automatically renews each year through the App Store or Google Play unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your store account settings. If you let the subscription lapse, ads return and themes you have not purchased separately become locked again.

5. Single theme purchase

You may also unlock an individual theme with a one-time purchase. A purchased theme remains available to you for as long as the app exists, with no recurring fee. A single theme purchase does not remove advertising, and themes you have not purchased remain locked.

6. Combining purchases and upgrades

If you buy a single theme and later subscribe to SkyBit PRO, the one-time theme purchase is not refunded. The theme you purchased stays yours permanently. While your SkyBit PRO subscription is active, all themes are unlocked; if the subscription later ends, you keep the theme (or themes) you purchased individually, while the rest become locked again.

7. Billing, renewals and refunds

All payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by the App Store (on iOS) or Google Play (on Android) under their respective standard terms. Refund requests are subject to those stores' policies, not ours. For any matter not expressly addressed in these Terms, the standard terms of the applicable app store (Apple or Google) apply.

8. Intellectual property

SkyBit, its name, logo, artwork, themes and animations are owned by Berry Film&ART and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the app or its assets without permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to reverse engineer it (except where permitted by law), interfering with its operation, or using it in violation of any applicable law.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

SkyBit is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Berry Film&ART shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

12. Changes

We may update the app and these Terms over time. Continued use of SkyBit after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
